Hi, I am glad you are here

I am Kait, owner and lead photographer at Gubert Photos. Creating this business has given me an amazing creative outlet where I am able to pour expression and passion into my art. I love capturing different types of events and experiencing new things.


I am an event photographer through and through. Birthday parties, anniversaries, proposals, reunions, live music, plays...

You can also find me vending at an art fair somewhere in Illinois, Indiana, or Wisconsin. I sell photos that I mainly take with my film cameras. I use 35mm film and 120 format film.

I am also proud to say that I am a public school special education teacher. Teaching and photography both require patience, heart, and the ability to see from different perspectives.
